ROSE ROOM

The Rose Room is upstairs on the top floor of the guesthouse. It has a queen-sized bed. There is also a vanity, a closet, a chair, and a dresser. The west-facing windows face the garden and the green log house where we live. Your private washroom is on the Main floor next to the kitchen (there are 2 washrooms - one for the Rose Room and one for the Green Room.)If you have a hard time with steep stairs and have lots of bathroom breaks during the night, then may we suggest you stay in the Cyr Suite with ensuite washroom.

GREEN ROOM

The Green Room is upstairs on the top floor of the guesthouse. The room has a queen-sized bed and a single bed. It has a closet and a comfy chair. You can see Grey Mountain from the east-facing windows. Your private washroom is on the main floor next to the kitchen. If you have a difficult time with steep stairs and have lots of bathroom breaks during the night, may we suggest you stay in the Cyr Suite with ensuite washroom.

CYR SUITE

​​The Cyr Suite is a self-contained unit with open concept and lots of windows. It has two queen beds plus a futon couch/bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen, eating area, seating area with two comfy recliners and cable TV. There is also a private washroom with shower. There are two dressers and an area to hang up your clothes. The entrance is at the back of the guesthouse, and down some stairs - not handicapped equipped.

Deposit Policy:
All reservations must be secured with a credit card number or a deposit.
Refund & Cancellation Policy:
Notice of cancellation must be received 30 days in advance. The reason for our strict cancellation policy is that we have only 3 rooms. Guests will be billed 100% of the total booking amount if a cancellation is received fewer than 30 days in advance. If cancelled rooms get filled, we will reimburse you for those nights.

No pets allowed in the guesthouse. We have 2 dogs living with us on site (not in the guesthouse) that hang out in the garden. Harry and Lucy are very friendly, but may bark when you first arrive.

Keep the noise level down after 11:00 pm. The midnight sun is deceiving - and you don't realize what time it is while you're sitting out in the garden at night - and it's still very bright out!
